Dijon & Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
- 1 lb HOT sausage, uncooked
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
- 6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
